- Start with clean, dry skin—make sure there are no oils or skincare products on the neck or jaw area.
- Stand in front of a mirror and plan where you want the tapes to sit for the best lift.
- Peel the middle section, and both ends of the tape. Then secure one end of tape behind your neck, just below your ear. Stretch gently across to the other side and secure behind the opposite ear or hairline.
