APPLICATION:
Step 1: Wash hands, remove your eye makeup with an oil-free makeup remover.
Step 2: Shake the ingredients in the bottle.
Step 3: Apply once daily—morning or evening with one stroke of Lash Oomph at the base of upper lashes (lash line) using the applicator brush. Do not apply to lower lashes.
If desired, repeat for eyebrows.
