The Refectocil Lash and Brow Tint in #1 (Black) is a classic colour amongst lash tinting, regardless of the clients natural hair colour.
This colour tint makes lashes appear more voluminous and thick, and enhances dark lashes. As a brow tint, it is best suited for those with darker or black hair.
With Refectocil tint applied to the lashes, eyes appear more expressive and vibrant, adding gloss and colour into dull or fading hair. This formula is smudge and waterproof and will last up to 6 weeks! This product requires an Oxidant to be mixed with it before application. One tube will yield around 30 applications.
